The U.S. Embassy has a requirement for a firm to renovate an existing ventilation system, located at Akmenu gatve 6, Vilnius.  This construction effort is estimated at $100,000-$250,000 USD and needs to be completed by March 31 2020. There will be a site visit prior to the bid due date.

The work requires the Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, material to improve and repair the ventilation, including partial demolition of existing ductwork and ventilation equipment, installation of new exhaust fans, ductwork, supply and return air grilles, and the testing and balancing of the ventilation system.
All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and
financially responsible to perform the work.
