Tęsiama kotedžų statyba. Stogo, fasado tinkavimo, dalį santechnikos darbų aliks UAB 'Vilstarema', kitą dalį santechnikos darbų- UAB 'Eikos statyba'. Šiais metais planuojama pastatyti penkis kotedžų korpusus, kitus keturis korpusus-2003 metais.
