Tęsiama 128 kambarių viešbučio rekonstrukcija. II - ojo etapo darbams atlikti pasirinktas gen.rangovas - IĮ 'Telšių ranga' bei subrangovai: elektros darbams-UAB 'Neiluva', silpnoms srovėms-UAB 'Fima'. Vykdomi elektros, santechnikos, ventiliacijos, gerbuvio bei kiti darbai. Viešbiučio rekonstrukciją planuojama baigti iki 2003 metų baladžio mėn.
